He is Risen Indeed

This year, join us as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ with a service at the park. This will be a great time to worship and hear a message outdoors. Let‘s come together and raise a sound of praise from the city of Maricopa that will resound around the world.  

What to Expect

We will be hosting a time of worship as we start the service in the lawn area. Be sure to bring a lawn chair or something comfortable to sit on. During this time there will be moments for a brief word of exhortation from those in our community, as they are led in sharing how Christ has moved in their lives. 

We will bring the worship portion to a close by sharing the powerful story of The Cross, its purpose, and the work of The Resurrection. If you or someone you know has not heard the story, this is a great opportunity to hear just how much Jesus loves humanity and how He wants to see them restored to the Lord. 

From this portion we will transition to enjoy a meal together. There will be burgers, hot dogs, salad, and dessert. This is a time to get to know one another, share a meal, share a story, and enjoy the fellowship with the church body.  

Family Fun

You may not see the bunny or Easter eggs around the event, however, this does not mean our families will not have fun. There will be a jump house, a scavenger hunt with prizes, arts and crafts, and other fun activities to enjoy the family time. After all what is the celebration of our risen king without a great time of fellowship with the body of believers.
